Reika crossed her arms and awaited further instructions from both.

"Yes I asked her to come check out the team."
I would then turn toward Reika.
"Well to learn shikai you will have to meet your spirit and be able to merge you chakra's enough to unlock the release command of your zanpakutō and the shikai will fallow."

"Okie Dokes...So what's the first step in meeting the spirit?"

"Well that's were Akarui comes in he will take you into your mind where your spirit lives."

We'll met it now. *Akarui sneding a burst of spirtual pressure as we get transported to the spirt realm of Riekas* ((Arashi can handle it from here))

Finally we reach the mind of Reika. A burst of heat surrounds the three. Flames are scattered everywhere reaching higher in altitude. The sky is pale purple, while no living things are nearby. As we take a step further a strange figure appears.

I would then move next to Reika.
"Well it looks like this is your spirit so go talk to her."
I would then push Reika up a little toward the figure.

Reika nervously scurried towards her spirit as Arashi nudged her.

Reika: "Eh....Hi!"
The spirit flew over and wrapped around Reika tightly.
"How have you been, dear?"
"Fine, I guess." Reika swallowed a gulp of air as she looked over to Arashi and Akarui.
"Oh how lovely! You've brought friends!" The spirit sped over to the others and embraced them in a warm, welcoming hug.

Reika ran back, dodging the flames that sprouted everywhere.
"Okay, what now?" She made a face at the strange lady.

"Well know you to need to merge you chakra's."

"And how are we supposed to do that?"

Reika stepped closer to Arashi, while Shitoyaka formed a stern look on her face as she slid further back.

"Well it is different for everyone and their spirit you will need to ask Shitoyaka."

"Okay....Shitoyaka-san, we have to merge our chakra together. Are you ready?"

Shitoyaka nodded, as her eyes gleamed with excitement but a strict face forward. Reika balanced her chakra to an easy level, as did the spirit. They both synced their chakra together, calmly with adjustment.

"I think we're ready."

"Good now look within yourself and call out the release command."

Reika took a deep breath as she called out.

"Pummel From the Fertile Lands, Shitoyaka Daichi......."

"It feels................fresh.....Didn't think I'd actually be this close to having a zampaktou."
She swung her sword around, admiring its coolness.

"Thanks, Akarui-kun, thanks Arashi-kun for being here to help out."

"No problem. Now if the captain would be so nice as to return use to reality."

*Akarui raised an eyebrow* Oh now you need my help. *Akarui snaped his fingers as they get transported back to the realworld* Arashi what is my seated ranks agan?

I would then pull out a notebook and give it to Akarui it would read:
