Shikai Training

After mt third step I reach the top of the tree and I turn back around and run back down the tree. It takes another three steps to run back down the tree and I land on the ground.. "Wow my body is a lot lighter...I guess those laps worked off."

"Yes it really does make a diffrence but you still need to get up there in one step."

I turn to Arashi and sticks my tongue out at him. "I know that smart guy." sighs "Ok lets try this again." I hop a few paces away from the tree again and runs up to it I then take a step up on the tree and I then send in small blast of chakra from out of my feet to give me a push on before my next step pushing me to the top of the tree. I then turn around falls . I then place my foot back on the tree half way down and pushes off as I flip down to the ground and land on my feet. "Ok..there one step going up and one step going down....How was that?"
