Shikai Training

Oh, thats preety impressive for it onl being a year. So if you know so much about your blade why do you need training?

"Well even though I've learned a lot about Amatsu-Kusari over the year I still don't know how to bring out her full power. So I though if I trained with you I could understand how to use my shikai a little better."

I grab the training weights and put them on making my body feel real heavy and off balance. "How much weight are these?"

"Yhe I'm fine" I then start to pull myself slowly due to the intense weight. After a few minutes I finally stand up but wobble around trying to keep from falling to the ground.

Ok now you have do 50 laps, followed by six inches, then jumping jacks

" Umm....Alright" I then start the 50 laps moving at very slow pace trying not to lose my balance or use to much energy.

Woah there cowboy, before I forget. No use of chakra of any kind got it.

"No problem I wasn't planing on it." I then continue to try and get the first lap started.

Heh, *he sniles as he bgon to do some random sword play with zangetsu* By the way you seen grave around latly?

Still not the far away.
"No not really I wonder what he's up to?"

After more then half a day of running a I pass the starting point and shout out the count.
"10!!!"
I then continue still moving slowly but at a more constant pace.

Good now keep it up on 40 more laps to go! *he says while leaning on a tree drawing weapon designs pics for his armory*

_Later That Night_
After doing laps for another 5 hours I am now able to slightly jog.
"25!!!"

You want to take a break now or later?* Is eseen with a bbq grill and charcol placeing them in there*

Jogging pass Akarui and smile. "I'll take one later" I then continue my laps counting out the number of laps. "38!!!"

I am now able to run at a normal pace almost moving like I would normally move without the weights.
"47!!!"

I run to the the starting point breathing hard.
"Ha.....and that's 50."
I then fall to the ground completely worn out.
