I then begin to devour the plate.

Thats a big appitite *he looks up finding the talleset tree he can find and points over to it* Meet me there....Oh and you can take the weights off now

I wipe my mouth and then take off the weights and then walk over to were Akarui is standing.

You fell faster dont you arashi?

Start to move around I notice that my body fells real lite.
"Yes I fell faster and much liter."

Good then the first task was a success> Now I want you to use run up o the top of this tree now, you can use chakra but only a little bit of it. I want you to continue runnung up and down this tree until your able to do it in two steps*

"Okay I'll try my best"
I concentrate a little chakra into my feet and then take one step up the tree and make it 1/6 they way up the tree. I then take another step but I don't even get close to the top so I jump back down to the ground.
"This is not as easy as it sounds."

Well try just running up the tree once you get the hang f that then you can try the one step

"Alright"
I concentrate once more and run up the tree as I move I make it to the top of the tree in 4 steps. I then jump back to the ground.
"4 step just a little more"

Nice job gut instead of jumping down try running down

"Okay run down"
I then run up the tree this time I am able to make it to the top with 2 steps. I then run back down.
"Nice I made it in 2 steps".

Ok lets see if you can make it up and down all in one step now

"Yes Captain"
I them close my eye and concentrate. I then run up the tree making to the top in one step.
"Now to get to the bottom."
I then turn around and run back down in one step.
"Yes I did it."

Excelent you basicaaly got the flash satep down ut for te final test I want you to catch this. *he throws a something shiny into the air as heads far away acroos town* See if you can catch it

I watch the thing fly off and then I flash step after it. It takes me 5 steps before I finally catch it. I the flash step back back to Captain Akarui.
"I this what I had to catch".

I walk in the area clapping. "Great job Arashi. Good to see your doing well."

I look over at Grave.
"Thanks Grave would you like to learn the thing."

Yes Arashi it is and congrats on the rank up. * The head band gleams as it is In yourhands* Nice to have another Special Jonin in our midst.

Grave Its been a while but Im afraid I must leave now I have to do some recon on something, Arashi go over what you have learned with Grave. *with that he flashed warped out ot the training field*
