Edited: i found it easiest just to pout a percentage on everything.

I also edited yours and gave you the maximum. Your kekkei genkai may be able to amplify your chakra pool and what not,but it still can not exceed 15%. However when you get up in the ranks it will be easier for those to go up...but right now you can only get the maximum.

So the weapon, kekki genkai and genjustu mastery are fine as well?

Yeah I edited it and it is all fine. You arts are a little high,but I notice you train and fight alot so I let them slide.

Thank now that this is all cleared I can read up on what percentages each rank gives.

Akarui again I say if you are talking about that bar it doesnt and never has matter. I didnt care if a person put 1000000000 on that bar it did not effect anything on the site. So why are you pursing this? I put 6480 cause I like that series of numbers. Some one has 9000 and it doesnt matter,cause I have the most chakra out of everyone. this bar is just for kicks.
