Raw Speed: Revil is a speed demon. Although his arms can move faster than the eye can perceive his body can not.

Yes it is and its not a godhack. I have the same character on here with the same exact abilities and I still lose battles and win. Because you couldn't deal with it dosent make it a godhack. It just meant that you got pwned and couldn't defend yourself properly that basically caused your death.
