Data
The power of knowledge and pure computerization, binary, etc. It is extremely versatile and can be used in different ways. It is very hard to describe its power, but its basically the ability to use pure binary code, algorithms and information as purely made energy and physical power for many versatile attacking while still being able to retain its original purposes. A very hard ability to master, yet Cleff has done so. His Data abilities give him power that none other can harness.


Attack
Junk Mail: Cleff generates millions upon millions of small, square, corrupt data particles at an enemy. These particles of data are extremely sharp and can cut through even metal with ease, thus are used as shuriken at times, for their size can be altered at the expense of more data. These corrupt square particles move about like a swarm of insects and are extremely durable, being able to connect together to create a shield or generally just take a very large and powerful attack. They are highly corrosive due to their corrupt nature and will eat away at whatever they touch for too long. They can connect together to make many forms for many uses.

Security Missile: Cleff fires homing missiles of purified 'AntiVirus' 'Virus Busting' data that locks onto the target's numerous energy signatures and chases after them. When it makes impact and explodes on something, the explosion made will break down and erase whatever is within. It has a higher potency on impurities like evil/etc, darkness/shadows and corruption/viruses and things of that sort.

Beta Buster: Cleff generates a large amount of destructive, corrosive, 'virus busting' data and encases his arms in them, causing them to grow to massive proportions and to glow a light blue color constantly. The Beta Buster not only gives Cleff's arms incredible strength (the strength depends on how much data he puts into it), but also gives him the ability to harm 'impure' things with much more effectiveness, such as Evil/Demons/Spirits/Etc, Darkness/Shadows, Viruses/Corruption and such. The special ability of the Beta Buster is to weaken anything it comes in contact with by breaking it down and destroying it with its 'virus busting,' destructive, corrosive data. The larger they are, the more powerful and effective they are.

Cable Crusher: Cleff releases a varying amount of cables of various sizes from his own body at his will. They are very powerful and have a number of uses. He may also allow them to spurt randomly from the ground by accumulating masses of data within. Alternatively, Cleff may surround his two strings with pure data to whip around and digitize and absorb what they hit, having the ability to grow in size and proportion as well.

Cords of Destruction: More powerful versions of Cable Crusher, in which the cables are skyscraper sized and are very powerful, for now they break down and convert what they touch into pure data, gaining the energy. Can be used in both strains the same as Cable Crusher.

Digital/Data Beam: Cleff fires a large beam of pure digital energy which has the ability to turn whatever it touches into data, as long as what it touches is smaller and/or weaker than the beam. Once converted into data, it can either be left alone or instantly absorbed into the beam to make it larger and more powerful. Upon impact with things, it creates explosions of the same effect.

Digital Bomb: A powered up version of the Digital Beam, Cleff accumulates an astronomical amount of data as a sphere. This sphere of data has the ability to digitize and absorb whatever comes in contact with it and turn it into raw data for Cleff. The explosion it creates is of ungodly proportions and has the same effect, able to change an entire area into data for miles upon miles.

Omega Barrage: An extremely powered up version of the Digital Beam, Cleff summons an ecliptic cube in the sky, which rotates at an extremely high speed in all directions. While rotating, this cube shoots out digital energy in the form of immense and powerful beams from each of its faces continuously so that it may digitize and/or break down everything in the area and absorb/store the power. It does not stop firing until it runs out of energy or until destroyed. The more it destroys, the more energy it gets.

Data Destroyer: The strongest version of the Digital Beam, Cleff omits an enormous wave of pure force that forcefully changes whatever is within into pure and utter data for any set range Cleff wishes. The larger the range, the more power it consumes. Once everything has been changed into data, the new data will be instantly destroyed in the same fashion as it was created, thus leaving nothingness where everything once was.

Deletion Claw: Cleff generates a massive amount of data on his hand, allowing him to create a large claw out of it. This claw causes whatever touched to be turned to data and erased from existence in an instant's time, though the more powerful the deletion, the more it drains Cleff. This is a universal attack and works for most any attacks, gases and plasma included.

Byte: 1) Random parts of Cleff's body (mostly being his wings) Shoot out 8 small, but very quick and piercing shots of data. Each shot is in waves of 8. 2) Increases Cleff's abilities x2.

Kilobyte: 1) Random parts of Cleff shoot out 1,024 slightly larger, very quick and piercing shots of data. Each shot is in waves of 1,024. 2) Increases Cleff's abilities x4.

Megabyte: 1) Random parts of Cleff shoot out 1,048,576 moderately large, very quick piercing shots of data. Each shot is in waves of 1,048,576. 2) Increases Cleff's abilities x6.

Gigabyte: 1) Random parts of Cleff shoot out 1,073,741,824 large, very quick piercing shots of data. Each shot is in waves of 1,073,741,824. Being shot consecutively can wipe a memory. 2) Increases Cleff's abilities x8.

Terabyte: 1) Random parts of Cleff shoot out 1,099,511,627,776 very large, very quick piercing shots of data. Each shot is in waves of 1,099,511,627,776. Consecutive hits can wipe a memory. 2) Increases Cleff's abilities x10.

Petabyte: 1) Random parts of Cleff shoot out 1,125,899,906,842,624 extremely large, extremely quick piercing shots of data. Each shot is in waves of 1,125,899,906,842,624. Consecutive hits can shatter the mind. 2) Increases Cleff's abilities x12.

Exabyte: 1) Random parts of Cleff shoot out 1,152,921,504,606,846,976 extremely large, extremely quick shots of data. Each shot is in waves of 1,152,921,504,606,846,976. Consecutive hits can shatter the mind. 2) Increases Cleff's abilities x14.

Zettabyte: 1) Random parts of Cleff shoot out 1,180,591,620,717,411,303,424 gigantic, super speed shots of data. Each shot is in waves of 1,180,591,620,717,411,303,424. Consecutive hits can destroy a person's mind and past. 2) Increases Cleff's abilities x16.

Yottabyte: 1) Random parts of Cleff shoot out 1,208,925,819,614,629,174,706,176 astronomical, super speed shots of data. Each shot is in waves of 1,208,925,819,614,629,174,706,176. Consecutive hits can destroy the existence and history of anything. 2) Increases Cleff's abilities x18. This alone is Cleff's strongest Data ability other than Infinite Binary, Recycle Bin or Delete Key.




Support
Firewall: Cleff omits a massive pillar of data from the ground which surrounds his body, taking the shape of fire. It breaks down and erases anything that may come into it, nullifying it completely if the attack is weaker than it using its own power as a precedent for access. Attacks stronger than it may destroy it, however. Alternatively, instead of a pillar, Cleff may create literal walls or random shields with the same effect.

Barrier Screen: Cleff generates a massive, powerful, transparent screen/dome made of data similar to glass. It is EXTREMELY durable and reflects most incoming attacks from the outside. On the inside, however, it is able to increase power of outgoing attacks, increasing their power and general parameters by a whopping x1,000 of their original proportions. It is attached to the ground, limiting movement while in use.

Healing Program: Cleff starts up a program within himself, which causes a gradual regeneration process to boot up inside of Cleff. This causes any wounds to heal slowly, but surely and also allows him to regain energy/chakra from the atmosphere at the expense of him using up double when using any sort of jutsu. The process becomes faster and faster as time goes on.

AntiVirus Program: More powerful, alternate version of the Healing Program combined with the Firewall program. Cleff will start up a secondary, AntiVirus program within himself. This program will eliminate all threats and harmful things within Cleff's body, regardless of what they are or what their effects are, as the AntiVirus program will adapt and become better so that it can constantly fight off whatever is within Cleff's body that doesn't belong. Alternatively, when used with the Firewall, Cleff creates a shield/barrier/aura that negates evil/etc, shadows/darkness, corruption/viruses and other 'impurities' completely (Only negates attacks weaker than the AntiVirus barrier.)

Spider: Cleff generates fragile robotic spiders out of machinery and data that can number from 1 to billions of spiders. These spiders literally gather information of anything and everything they touch and send it back to Cleff instantaneously, and also work as extra eyes and ears for Cleff. Despite their size, they are extremely swift and elusive and their presences cannot be detected due to special data unless they are actually seen with the eyes themselves.

System Crash: Cleff releases a forceful wave from himself that causes any electrical/mechanical/technological object to crash and jams all forms of wavelengths around Cleff within the wave. Alternatively, Cleff forces his mind to go haywire temporarily and Cleff goes insane. This ups his power by x1,000 his original power and in his berserkness, he fires off attacks at everyone and everything without regard for who or what it is.

Binary Wall: Cleff generates a simulation chamber made into either a wall, cylinder, or dome near him. It is made out of pure binary code that can be written and re-written to Cleff's will, thus allowing Cleff to change its properties and what it simulates at almost any given moment (ex. it could simulate a rock wall at one moment, then simulate a water dome the next, or simulate a grassy field one moment and burning hot lava the next.) This Binary Wall adapts and automatically adjusts itself to anything that may pass through that Cleff wishes as long as it has power to change. Cleff's simulations become the real deal once simulated, only made out of data, so when fire hits, you're going to get burned, data or not.

Holographic Projection: Cleff generates a hologram of anything he wishes at any given time. The attack can either be a hologram or an attack disguised as another person's attack made of Data (Like if Zeik uses some hellfire, Cleff can use this Holographic Projection to simulate a data copy of it, however it would have none of the abilities of the actual hellfire... Only the looks.)

Reconnect: Opposite of Disconnect. Cleff may reconnect attacks/abilities and such and also allows a faster time to do attacks or transformations by opening the mind/body/chakra flow.

Spam: Allows Cleff to use one attack numerous times in an instant. Very useful, though it causes Cleff's movements to become slow.

Copy: Takes the data of something and memorizes it exactly. It gives Cleff information on any and all things, however it cannot be used effectively without the Paste technique.

Paste: Places Copied data in an exact replicate form of the original however many times Cleff deems necessary. It cannot be used without having Copy used first.

Minimize: Cleff shrinks himself or other things down to whatever size he wants that is smaller than its original size. It works universally.

Maximize: Increases the size of anything he wants to larger of its original size. It works universally.

Close: Creates a glass screen with a giant X on it. If anything touches this X, it is instantly deleted from existence. Cleff can use this as a very effective shield.

Cut: Cleff can slash through an attack and erase it and fire it back as his own. Depending on the power depends on how much force he must put into the cut. Alternatively, Cleff may use Select and cut it without actually touching the attack, though the same rules still apply.

Undo: A very powerful ability that reverses a set action/period of time of Cleff's choosing, however it extremely draining of Cleff's power to use it even once.

Redo: Redoes anything repeatedly without using up power (Example; Cleff shoots electricity and does Redo, having several bolts of the same attack shoot from everywhere.)

Select: Cleff touches something and it is highlighted in blueness. The data does nothing, but it leaves the foe open for a lot of Cleff's other attacks and the point of his aim.

Select All: A powerful burst of blue energy highlights everything in the area, making them susceptible to a number of Cleff's attacks. However, the more that is highlighted, the more power it takes up to use attacks, for the attacks MUST hit everything highlighted.

Delete: Cannot be used without Select or Select All. It is a move that instantly deletes whatever is surrounded in the blue energy from existence.

Backspace: Whatever Cleff highlights with his Select or Select All will instantly be able to be returned, or reverted to what it once was. (For example, if Cleff highlights an attack of someone else and does Backspace, it will be as if the foe had never launched the attack, and their Chakra/energy/whatever will return to them. It works for EVERYTHING that is highlighted.)

Insert: Sends a harmless beam that whatever it touches is instantly able for Cleff to insert his attacks, himself or whatever he wishes into it. (For example, Cleff uses the Insert beam on a tree. He will instantaneously be able to shoot attacks into, out of, or inside of the tree. It works for anything the beam may touch.)

Home: An instant 'failsafe' escape that can either send Cleff to the Data Realm instantly or to his home.

System Restore: Cleff is allowed to make copies of fallen allies or foes being made out of Data. Naturally, they have all of their abilities as well, but are significantly weaker and are a lot more fragile, making them easier to kill. This ability can also be used to back up Cleff if he is to become corrupt, die or have his mind erased or something. It's an automatic system and can only be overridden if Cleff is completely shut down beforehand.

Install: Releases a wave that will instantly turn whatever inanimate object is within the wave to be turned into a machine or mechanical/technological thing of some sort. However, if a living being is hit, then it will gradually be converted at a rapid rate.

Uninstall: A wave opposite of Install. It will instantly DESTROY/revert whatever machine or mechanical/technological thing that it touches and erase it, rather than create it, leaving literal nothingness where it once was. Or, just revert it back to a non mechanical/technological thing.

Folder: Creates a gigantic folder with infinite storage space within. The inside of it is a portal that will instantly go in and be forced to stay by Cleff's will, unable to escape by any means unless with Cleff's consent. It can literally hold anything of any size or power within itself.

Compression and Zip: Compression is literally a force that will ALWAYS be twice the force of what it is trying to compress, adapting as needed. Thus, the force of this Compression will continue to compress whatever it has until it is extremely minuscule. The Compression also severely cripples the overall power of whatever is being compressed, having that go down to the power of a bug. Afterward, Cleff may use Zip, which will instantly seal it as it is for eternity, or until he unzips it. It is also locked with a password, just in case. Once something is zipped, it cannot come out from the inside, for the force of the Compression is still on them. Used in conjunction with the Folder, the Compression and Zip can be the most powerful container in existence.

Algorithmic Mind: A special, automatic function of Cleff's that was specially made to get out of Genjutsu and things of that nature. It causes him to go by a special algorithm that doesn't allow him to be affected by Genjutsu due to the fact that the Genjutsu does not work with his complex algorithm, which, in turn, would be his own will. This disallows mind control, hypnosis and other things of the like, as well and keeps hackers away from him because he may set up a number of algorithms or alternate his own at any time he wishes.

ERROR: Cleff generates a force around him that is directly linked with the Data Realm. It is a barrier that forces an error in whatever tries to enter, and thus, when things try to enter, they get an error message and all flow of energy stops and is terminated upon trying to touch or enter the barrier. It can be expanded or contracted to Cleff's will and Cleff has total control over it since it is part of the Data Realm. Nothing can enter the ERROR barrier, for once it does, an error will occur and the attack will not be able to be completed, thus it will be nullified and erased from existence. (Example: Big ass cannon blast shoots from the sky and hits the barrier. "WARNING: ERROR HAS OCCURED. Action cannot be completed. Process Terminated." and it's... Gone.)

PASSWORD: A very complex ability that allows Cleff to create a barrier around himself that is actually comprised of numerous barriers, Cleff being able to choose how many he wishes. Each different barrier has a unique password of Cleff's choosing at random. The first password will open the door to the PASSWORD realm, which is a computer made of Cleff's own reality, which is where he hides when using the PASSWORD ability. Thus, each of the PASSWORD rooms will do 1 random thing (for example, One room may nullify chakra, the next may nullify warping, etc.etc.) The only way out once you enter is to get through all of the passworded doors by either completing the password or fighting whatever the barriers may hold in store... Clearly, one of the ultimate barriers. Cleff, himself, cannot attack, move or fight once he is within the PASSWORD realm, unless he brings it down... But he is completely and utterly protected, so... Yeah. Woo.

Infinite Binary: An attack made of pure binary (0's and 1's) that can reconstruct whatever they touch by turning it into data and then rearranging its code to change it into something else. Whatever it touches is instantly turned to data, including the atmosphere and space. It can go on infinitely as long as it wishes, and also can lock things in the Data Realm.



Debilitation
Disconnect: The opposite of Reconnect. The last move used by the opponent will be unable to be used or able to be connected to through any means. It only works for the last move used, so if it is used again afterwards, they will be able to use the move that was disconnected first. Also, it works for abilities as well as jutsu, so say you have the ability of Regeneration, if Cleff gets you with a Disconnect while you are regenerating, you will not be able to regenerate until he uses it again or Reconnects it.

Command Input: An ability drained from his Digimon Partner, Hagurumon. It has been modified to Cleff's needs. Cleff releases millions of malicious lines of code and/or data that will corrupt and control any machinery/technological object and nullify electrical attacks and deactivate electronics/machinery. He may also rewrite the code so that the electrical attacks and machinery are under his control. If the target is not mechanical or electrical, then they just serve as sharp, piercing streams of data that will pierce through even diamonds like they are tissue. In addition to this, Cleff may insert the Command Prompt into the minds of others to initiate an extremely powerful mind control, allowing Cleff to take control of anyone or anything (So long as it has the ability to think or as long as it is a machine/electronic device) and has it do exactly what Cleff wants it to.

Lag: Cleff generates a large, digital hourglass and makes it unleash a wave throughout the area or shoots a beam at someone that either freezes them or makes them go extremely slowly. Note that this isn't TIME based and cannot be disrupted by time based abilities. It also works for attacks. Naturally, Cleff can also launch a wave of Lag that will make anything he chooses that is within the area Lag so long as he is using this attack.

Crash Device: An ability that was drained from Cleff's Digimon. It has been modified to Cleff's liking.
Cleff shoots a wad of Data that will corrupt and break down and absorb whatever it touches, or alternatively, it will literally 'crash' it, causing it to delete itself as well as cancel out Cleff's attack in the process, leaving both of them canceled out. If this were to hit a person, it would cause them to 'crash,' one would say, making all of their powers, movements and the like useless in all forms.

Network Timeout: A seal that will instantly cease the usage, access to, combining of, release of, etc. a certain ability if the seal is to touch you.

Session Timeout: If something is on the field for 5 posts (that isn't specifically the foe Cleff is fighting), it has eligibility to have Session Timeout to remove it from play for the remainder of the battle. If Session Timeout is to physically hit the foe, after 5 turns and Cleff isn't defeated, they have eligibility to be removed, as well.

Error Message: A yellow line of X's that look like a 'Do Not Cross' tape line. If this is to wrap around something, it will instantly stop any and all functions of it. It works for people as well, which will stop all functions of abilities, natural abilities, chakra, energy, etc. etc. etc.



Drain
Drain(Download)/Upload: Cleff uses his digital downloading abilities in real time, giving him the ability to drain knowledge, data or abilities from a person or object by touching them or swiping his string orbs through them. He can also share or restore data, knowledge and abilities in this same fashion, as long as he knows what it's made of, which is the Upload ability.

Virus: Cleff generates and expels small, but powerful green orbs with malicious faces of varying sizes and shapes. Their presence causes paralysis, and one of them touching you will not only leech and drain large portions of your life and energies, but cause your bodily functions to cease and become blocked/stopped.

Amnesiac: Cleff concentrates and fires off a massive blast that drains the knowledge, memories, mentality etc. of any mind it touches, erasing them in a moment's notice. You don't need a brain for this to work... Just some way that you record your knowledge/memories.

Memoire: More powerful version of the Amnesiac, in which either a beam, wave, explosion or physical touch from Cleff will instantly steal ALL of the knowledge in the foe's head or just knowledge in the area, making Cleff able to absorb it. Depending on what Cleff wants, he can make someone's mind wiped clean forever, or just temporarily.

Data Worm: Sends worms of data into the body of a foe unknowingly through touch of any kind. These worms are digital leeches that will drain any and all energy, devour insides, slowly nullify abilities. They hide themselves by pretending that they are important to the bodies of the foe and then multiply rapidly, then force the body to use up all of their chakra trying to get rid of an expel them automatically.



Summon
Demon Virus: An extremely large virus that corrupts everything that is weaker than it and breaks down and absorbs everything, which includes the very air around it. If it hits the opponent, all of their abilities will become corrupt and unable to be used, and all energy within the foe (and even the foe) will be broken down and absorbed.

AOL Connection: OH LORD, SAVE YOURSELVES. Causes INSANE lag for MILES for the opponent and has an astronomical sized stick figure come and pummel the shit out of an opponent.

Recycle Bin: Cleff sends everything into an endless void of nothingness called the Recycle Bin. It may suck in anything, including space itself and delete it from existence, however it is so powerful that Cleff only uses it as a last resort.



Form Change
Calculations Mode: Cleff begins to calculate everything to the highest degree. His eyes begin glowing with green lines over the blackness, making him able to calculate trajectory, accuracy, succession, movement, degrees, temperature etc. better than the norm (since now he can do that on his own, anyway), as well as able to scan anything and everything that he sees. His attacks seem to become a lot more devastating because of his unnatural focus, and he becomes able to dodge things much easier, as well as gains a SHITLOAD of speed (which he doesn't really need, now, but...)

Mainstream Form: The more powerful form than the Calculation Mode. In this form, Cleff is able to minimize the amount of energy he uses to use abilities but at the same time, maximize the potency of his own abilities while at the same time doing the opposite to his opponent if they are to touch him with their abilities or physically. Cleff may also convert anything that comes near into Binary, as well as allows him to enter and read the thoughts of everyone. Also, in Mainstream form, he is constantly breaking down energies, converting and absorbing them.

Corrupt Power (Originally Dark Power): An ability that was drained from Cleff's Digimon. It has been modified to Cleff's liking. It causes Cleff's power to skyrocket, but at the cost of him temporarily becoming 'Corrupt Cleff' until this ability is over. If used too much in one battle, however, Cleff will stay in Corrupt mode.

Transcendent Sound
The Transcendent Sound is a very special sound that not only can be made into any sound of any frequency or wavelength, but its natural ability that is has is to eat, absorb, overpower or nullify any and all other sounds it comes in contact with, hence why it's called "Transcendent Sound." This happens by matching the wavelength or vibrations of the sound, then instantaneously doubling it upon contact. Once the sound has been absorbed, it instantly becomes under Cleff's control. It has numerous different functions, such as making intense vibrations or even using genjutsu based on sound alone. The Transcendent Sound is the ultimate sound, and has many unnatural properties to it depending on how Cleff uses it.



Attack
Sound Blade: An invisible, extremely fast blade of sharp sound that vibrates intensely. It slices through the air and is unaffected by forces.'

Sonic Pulse: A high pitched concentrated pulse/beam of sound from Cleff's
wings or strings. It is able to cause temporary deafness and capable of destroying things that get caught in the pulse. It causes severe disorientation if in it too long, making it hard to see, walk and
attack, and also drains anything that is within it of its power continuously and exponentially.

Disruption Wave: Cleffs wings extend far outward and his orbs omit a high pitched sound,
which is then amplified greatly by his wings. Solid objects that come within range of this attack will vibrate greatly and burst/be crushed/break down into nothingness. It's only a wave around Cleff. It also nullifies telepathic/electronic/etc. signals and deactivates electronics and machinery in the area. These disruptors also can rupture molecules and atoms and can make things vibrate at unheard of speeds.

Crescendo Bolero: 1) Cleff's Transcendent Sound abilities became double their power each time they hit a foe. 2) Cleff fires a huge wave of sound that gradually grows louder and more powerful at an exponential rate. 3) Sound Swords appear as Cleff's hands and the more hits he makes, their power doubles with every slash.

Fortissimo: 1) Cleff delivers one super powered attack sound attack that is x1,000 times its original strength. 2) Cleff delivers one powerful punch from a super gigantic arm, which also explodes on impact with the power of a nuke. 3) Cleff becomes gigantic and all of his sound attacks become x100 power.

Al Fine Fermata: Cleff causes vibrations so strong that they destroy molecules and atoms, causing them to break apart. It has potential to rip space.


Support
Accelerando: Through the use of vibrations and general waves throughout the atmosphere, Cleff may take them in and release them gradually to increase his overall speed of everything he does. The longer he uses this technique, the faster he goes, and so long as there are vibrations or waves in the general atmosphere, Cleff will not stop accelerating.

Accentato: Doubles the power of whatever attack Cleff is using instantaneously. It can only be used once per attack, however.

Acciaccatura: Cleff instantly pressurizes any and all sound waves, vibrations or general waves in the atmosphere onto one target, aiming to overwhelm, pressurize and crush it.

Con Anima: Uses sound waves, general vibrations and the sort to bring inanimate objects to 'life' and under the control of Cleff.

Pianissimo: Cleff becomes invisible as well as completely silent, and when I say silent, I mean even his attacks are silent, they make no sound, but they are double in power.

Echo: Uses vibrations to imitate the power, force, etc. of the last attack used by the foe.

Poco a Poco: Generates a special shield which only allows bits and pieces of attacks to come into it, thus any projectile would come in 'piece by piece.'

Dissonance: Cleff generates a barrier around self that causes atoms, molecules, cells and energy to not work in harmony, causing them to dissipate, break apart, break down or anything of the like.

Prima Vista; Harmony Line: Cleff's Transcendent Sound attacks will gradually get more powerful continuously as more and more are fired, gaining the power of the last attack used by Cleff and made that much more powerful, plus adding its effects to it.

Vibrating Shield: A large bubble of intense vibrations which alters the direction of attacks that are within its radius due to the heavy and intense vibrations.

Ultra Vibrations: The solid objects around Cleff are instantly liquified due to incredibly vibrations. He can ALSO create extremely powerful walls of force via vibrations of molecules and atoms and such and enclosing them together so tightly that almost nothing can pass through.

Hyper Vibrations: Able to vibrate molecules so insanely fast that they can pass through other things.

Hyper Amplification: Able to amplify any sound or wavelength to any intensity, the power growing exponentially.

Minimalistics: Minimizes any sounds or wavelengths to the point where they are almost non-existent... and if enough power is given, they CAN become non-existent.

Mute: Causes any sounds that come near Cleff to instantly become muted. All sound waves are destroyed instantly whilst muted.

Screeching Hate: Cleff screams extremely loud, forcing back EVERYTHING is in the way of his scream. Sometimes electricity may come out when he screams. This greatly increases his aggression and increases his power by a lot.

Megaphone Assist: Cleff's sound abilities are quadrupled in power by a large Megaphone that his wings turn into for a short period of time.

Ultrasound Vibrations: Cleff calms himself and becomes sound with his mind, making his hearing
incredibly perceptive and receptive. It is so great that he can hear a pin drop while the planet is splitting.

Soundproof: Any sound-based attack used on him will be sucked inside of him and increase his sound-based abilities 10fold with each sound-based attack that comes to him.

Hyper Suction: Creates a large concentration of vibrations that rotates around. Usually, this is in the shape of a sphere, but it can take on numerous forms (not that it can be seen, for it's a sound.) This will suck in ANY and ALL sounds, as well as anything else that may get near it because of the fact that it has INCREDIBLE suction power of molecules and atoms. Whatever gets within this attack will be broken down instantly... However, if it's a large attack, it will take more time for it to be broken down....


Debilitation
Rhapsody of Fate: Cleff releases numerous different wavelengths and frequencies of sound at the same time, causing severe disorientation within the atmosphere, the minds of the opponent and their bodies as well as the destruction of whatever is within by literally splitting their atoms and molecules, causing them to become nothingness and making numerous explosions in the area.

Decrescendo Bolero: Cleff creates a huge bubble of sound around him. Whatever enters this sound barrier becomes weaker at an exponential rate, whether it be an attack or a person, though Cleff himself cannot move while this is done, though he can still attack and his attacks will not be affected. Naturally, the longer you are in the bubble and the closer you are to Cleff, the faster you are weakened.

Encore: Forces the opponent to repeat their last attack for 5 posts.

Requiem Rhythm: Causes anything and everything subject to the sound or vibrations to become insanely slow and choppy, as if dead.

Dark Serenade: An inaudible sound constantly released by Cleff that continuously expands throughout the field with only slight vibrations. This is used in various ways to trick the mind, such as to cause pain, make the foe see illusions, etc.

Hyper Disruption: Ruptures energy/chakra/magic/etc. intensely through massive sound vibrations in extreme speeds, thus causing them to either break apart or nullify completely, hopefully.

Screeching Havoc: Cleff's wings, strings and tassels omit a insidious and high pitched screech. When one of them makes contact with a solid object, it severely weakens the structure of it (enough for it to fall apart into a liquid or gas) and may cause it to shatter upon being touched. If one of these things touches a person, it would cause permanent disorientation (for the battle) and complete paralysis, deafness and blindness.

Brown Noise: Cleff omits a sound that instantly makes anyone who hears it SHIT themselves. Or excrete waste from themselves nonstop until they die.

Resonance: Cleff's body resonates intensely, making a sound barrier around him, which is basically a more powerful version of the Vibrating shield. The instant something hits the sound barrier, it is reflected back. Not only that, any sort of metal that is in the presence of the resonance will become totally useless and any WEAPON anyone tries to use will cause them to be immobilized completely in all ways.

Moment of Silence: All sounds in the area are instantly stopped, regardless of power, speed or whatever sound is there, all sound within the area of Cleff's radius (which is expandable depending on how much power he's stored) is instantly ceased for the moment.

Vow of Silence: Stronger than the Moment of Silence, in which everything within Cleff's radius (no matter how large it is) Nullifies any and all sounds This is achieved by instantaneously matching and canceling out vibrations and noise within the area with counter vibrations/sounds of Cleff's own which are automatically done within his radius.

Technological/Machinery:

Rocket fist: His fist becomes reinforced with indestructible steel, making the fist massive and powerful enough to level a mountain. There are also jet boosters on his fist which allows swift and powerful punches.

Extend-o-Punch: Fist enlarges and extends really far and fast on a spring. His fist has long spikes protruding from it.

Blaster Cannon: Arm takes the form of a blaster cannon, similar to that of
Megaman. It reaches very far in a beam type of blasting formation and is very powerful. It can even be charged for a MASSIVE blast.

Vulcan Shot: Cleff's arm takes the form of an extremely large cannon which shoots out large shots of flaming data balls.

Spark Plug: Strings form into a giant electrical plug with electricity crackling all around it. These drain all electricity in the area for power and will surge it through every fiber of the foe's body.

Vulcan Hammer: One of Cleff's arms change into a massive hammer lit on fire and crackling with electricity. It can destroy cities with one smash.

Gyration Destroyer (Originally Gyro Break): An ability that was drained from Cleff's Digimon in its digivolved state of Mechanorimon. It has been modified to Cleff's liking. Cleff or a bodypart on Cleff spins at an extremely high speed that has equivalent power to that of an atomic explosion (there is not explosion, just to be clear, it's just like all of the power of an atomic explosion in a punch). It can easily break through just about any shields. When Cleff uses it for a bodypart instead of his whole body, the entire bodypart becomes enlarged and reinforced before attacking.

Heavy Beam (Originally Twinkle Beam): An ability that was drained from Cleff's Digimon in its digivolved state of Mechanorimon. It has been modified to Cleff's liking. 1) Cleff's wings all charge in a great amount of energy or electricity from the area and from each of the holes in his wings there is a huge explosion beam of energy that takes up a large radius and can cause quite a bit of destruction. They explode upon contact with something. 2) Cleff's arm changes into a large cannon blaster similar to the Blaster Cannon mixed with the Vulcan Shot. Cleff fires a huge amount of energy, electricity or data at a foe that moves at an extremely accelerated pace. There is a large explosion upon contact. When used as data, the explosion of data nullifies all electrical things within it and destroys all other data in the area, but what is not data is converted into Raw Data for Cleff to eat. 3) 4 large, red orbs appear near Cleff. Each of them stores in a good amount of energy and releases a searing hot, large beam from deep within them to incinerate the foe.

Factorial Revolution: Cleff shoots an endless amount of huge metallic shrapnel (of all kinds, not just one type of metal) which can either be 1) controlled by his will or 2) built into a living, giant, mechanical monster with an arsenal of huge ass weapons.

Giga Blaster: A giga blast from a mega cannon. Cleff's arm turns into a very large beam cannon that opens up 4 ways, having magnifiers built into the opening flaps and one huge laser which becomes magnified intensely to take out a vast area of space in a short time, which can be fired repeatedly.

Giga Cannon: A giga blast from a GIGA cannon. Both of Cleff's arms merge together into an immense cannon with 4 charger/magnifier/generators that concentrate a huge amount of energy into a ball which shoots out an immense sized laser that covers a radius double that of the Giga Blaster. It takes time between charges, however, but the blasts are at very high speeds.

Giga Battery: Cleff summons the Giga Battery, which charges him with energy. All of his abilities and his speed are increased by x1,000.

Gamma Blast Ray: Shoots a gamma radiation blast mixed with electricity from his entire body. Naturally, it not only disintegrates what it touches, but absorbs other energies.

Giga Destroyer: Cleff changes into a large cannon/magnifier/reflector/generator that is 2 dodecahedrons fused together with 2 cannon blasters at their sides. From each and every face of the dodecahedrons come one huge, magnified blast of energy and electricity, as well as from the cannon blasters attached to them.

Alpha Destroyer: Cleff's arms merge into a skyscraper sized cannon. The cannon charges, taking in the natural energies around it as well as energy powered into it by Cleff. It shoots a blast that covers a radius double that of the Giga Cannon and can reach for just about a mile.

Matter Destroyer: Cleff creates a large abstract object that omits an energy that destroys matter. It cannot destroy data for data is not matter. But it destroys anything else associated to or with matter.

Materia Rifle/Cannon: (Rifle) A rifle that shoots bullets of matter or matter destroying energy. This can be used to reform or destroy matter. (Cannon) A large cannon blasts that destroys the matter it comes in contact with, or replaces already destroyed matter it comes in contact with.

Black Gear (Originally Darkness Gear): An ability that was drained from Cleff's Digimon. It has been modified to Cleff's liking. Cleff releases large, black, spiraling gears that can take control of whatever they embed themselves into and corrupt whatever they touch, given Cleff total dominance over what they touch.

Gear Crusher (Originally Gear Rollers): An ability that was drained from Cleff's Digimon. It has been modified to Cleff's liking. Creates any amount of gigantic gears on the ground or in the sky to roll over the foe and anything in their way.

Eradication Grenade (Originally Destruction Grenade): An ability that was drained from Cleff's Digimon. It has been modified to Cleff's liking. Fires a gigantic missile that will erase whatever it touched from existence by swiftly breaking down all parts and forms of them in the resulting explosion.

Atomic Ray: An ability that was drained from Cleff's Digimon. It has been modified to Cleff's liking. Fires a large beam from himself that can split atoms. It also allows Cleff to control Nuclear energies and absorb Neutrons and Nuclear energies to gain power for the Atomic Ray.

Apocalypse Rain (Originally Black Rain): An ability that was drained from Cleff's Digimon. It has been modified to Cleff's liking. Fires each and every one of the weapons within his body simultaneously and endlessly into the sky. Once they are launched, after a few moments, all of them will rain down on the area nonstop and destroy everything.

Hyper Cannon: An ability that was drained from Cleff's Digimon. It has been modified to Cleff's liking. Fires large smiley faces cannons that will implode anything and everything they impact with.

Overload Cannon (Originally Mugen Cannon): An ability that was drained from Cleff's Digimon. It has been modified to Cleff's liking. Draws power straight from the Data Realm and fires it as a massive, consuming blast. The Data will take over everything that isn't data and cause it to be deleted from existence.

Hyper Overload Cannon (Originally Hyper Mugan Cannon): An ability that was drained from Cleff's Digimon. It has been modified to Cleff's liking. Same as Mugen Cannon, however now it is fires consecutively and from numerous cannons instead of just one.

Antimatter Cannon: Shoots out a blast that is made of antimatter, which cancels out all matter it comes in contact with.

The Assault: Cleff's most powerful weapon, for it is ALL of his weapons. Cleff summons his mass-copied weapon base that is at least a city in size, where he has installed a version of every single weapon he owns and that exists within him, making all of them launch simultaneously in a rain of destruction, finally to be finished with a FLEIJA missile, Matter Destroyer, Antimatter Cannon and the Hyper Overload Cannon blasts. If all else fails, Cleff fires the entire base at someone and initiate the self destruct function of it which covers an entire continent. This is called the "ALL FIRE."

Electricity Abilities:

Current Shock: Charges himself with powerful electrical currents. When something is within his presence or if something touches him, he delivers an incredible shock automatically that is able to vaporize what touches him.

Electric Charge: Focuses a certain bodypart with intense and high voltage electricity that exceeds lightning by 1,000 times. This may be anywhere on his body.

Great Shocker: (After using Current Shock) Shoots immense and powerful electrical bolts from all around his body simultaneously. The Current Shock loses effect once this has been done.

Volt Sparkler: Paralyzing static electricity flows around him in a dome-like
fashion. It can also be used as a shield to force people back and/or attacks. He can increase the voltage of the electricity to any greatness, as well as give it electromagnetic properties.

Electric Bomb: Throws a massive orb of compacted electricity which explodes and releases all of the intensely powerful lightning sparks.

Thunder Ball: 1) Lightning shoots out in a straight line from an orb of electricity that either floats around Cleff or centers in his hands. 2) A large orb of electricity traps an opponent who gets close to him once they enter the radius of Cleff.

High Voltage: 1) Powers up all of Cleff's electrical abilities to over
10,000,000,000,000,000 volts. 2) Super charges his body to powers higher than the Current Shock. No other attacks other than electrical ones can be used when his body is super charged like this, but his speed increases to a great amount (not that he needs it.)

High Voltage Lunge: (After using High Voltage) Darts about at a high speed, incinerating and electrocuting everything that touches him.

Shocking Wave: A small and quick burst of intense electricity to force things away that are coming at a pace too fast for him to react. Great for a quick last minute shield.

Electric Thread: Cleff's little strings become charged with intense electricity
able to extend endlessly to either 1) Split into many electrical strings to trap and zap a foe or 2) Grow large and whip at the foe, releasing blasts of electricity with each whip.

Electromagnetic Wave/Blast: (Wave) A huge dome-like shockwave of nothing but electromagnetic energy. Whatever magnetic objects are within it become highly magnetic as well as repulsive depending on how Cleff uses the electromagnetism that they are charged with. (Blast) A large beam of condensed and concentrated electromagnetic energy that explodes, then compresses and electrocutes as well as magnetizes a foe.

Electromagnetic Shield: A large and powerfully condensed dome of electromagnetic energy. Anything that is affected by electromagnetics will absolutely NOT be able to get through this shield.

Electromagnetic Charge: Charges his electricity (or his weapons, or metals, or whatever on him he wishes) With electromagnetic energy to both increase power and most likely speed, depending on the magnetic field of the area.

Reverse Charge/Alternative Charge: Switches the charge of something from positive to negative and vice versa. It can be used quite rapidly, back to back.

Electric Wall (Originally Lightning Wall): A technique in which was drained from Arashi. Cleff has modified it to fit his needs. 1) A large wall of electricity appears before Cleff, towering in height. It will absorb all plasma and electrical attacks and make it grow stronger. The wall can shoot out electricity at will, from large burst of hundreds of bolts to one giant, huge electrical blast. 2) Several large walls of electricity appear and any plasma or electrical attack that is dealt will be instantly sucked into one of the walls and have them gain power.

Lightning/Electrical Storm (Originally Lightning Moon Sky - Piercing Fang): A technique which was drained from Arashi. Cleff has modified it to fit his needs. 1) Cleff shoots electricity into the sky and it comes down larger and more powerful, faster than lightning, blasting random places to deliver various shocks and electrocutions. It is very hard to dodge since the lightning is perpetuating until Cleff ceases it. 2) Cleff exerts electricity into the area which flows around and around at a high speed, zapping the foe from each and every direction imaginable. It does not stop when Cleff uses another attack, but instead continues to shock an opponent.

Plasma Burst: Generates plasma around body so that Cleff can create powerful electricity around his body that allows him to absorb all plasmas. Electricity is always released from him and hits within a 20 foot radius of his body.

Lightningrod: Cleff makes any and all electricity in teh area come into him via his wings, which powers him up greatly.

Chain Lightning: Creates several condensed balls of electricity around the area spontaneously. Cleff then shoots an electrical current into one of them, which instantly shoots it into another one at double the power, and so on and so on until all are hit. Upon touching one of these, they will send an incredible shock to the body that will not only melt your outsides, but your insides, as well. If not that, it will fry your brain into mush. The chain also may hit something that is electrically charged, so watch out if you are electrically charged, for you will die.

Heavy Storm: Makes electromagnetism so concentrated in an area that it opens another dimension that shoots out an dimensional electrical arrow. This can be done from anywhere. The lightning bolt is extremely large and powerful.

Spark Grenade: A more powerful version of the Electric bomb that has a tiny, electrically condensed ball of... electricity that will explode to cover an extremely large radius.

Positive and Negative ions: Positive and negatively charged ions shot from either hand with destructive and extremely explosive properties. He may also control the ions near him and split them if need be, or even change them.

Ion Destroyer: (Positive and Negative ions must be done first) Cleff sends out a wave of electromagnetic energy with a huge blast of Positive and Negative ions which merge together for a destructive, ion eliminating blast.

Spiral Sword: An ability that was drained from Cleff's Digimon. It has been modified to Cleff's liking. Creates a gigantic sword of electricity, data and Transcendent Sound that continuously gains and generates its own power, as it is spinning.

Electric Charm (Originally Death Charm): An ability that was drained from Cleff's Digimon. It has been modified to Cleff's liking. Cleff creates an orb of electricity of varying size, but with incredible reactive power. Whatever electrical currents or electricity of any sort that is near or exposed to it will instantly get sucked in and/or any electricity will become unstable and make numerous explosion within itself.

Antiparticle Cannon: Fires antiparticles (particles of the opposite charge, such as positive Electrons;, positrons; negatively charged protons, antiprotons; and antineutrons). The antiparticles will eliminate all normal particles in the area, canceling them out completely and erasing anything that carries these normalized particles.

Neutrino Blast: Fires Neutrinos (which are elementary particles that have very miniscule, but nonzero mass, move almost at the speed of light and are electrically neutral) which are able to generate and alter Leptons (which control gravity, electromagnetics and weak forces) and suck in Neutrinos from the sun for power. The blast is so immense from the power that it can grow to extreme sizes and powers.
