Soul Hunting in the Land of Eternal Rain

Takai and Furiko would be waking though the Land of Eternal Rain deciding to go soul hunting since there were no new mission posted on the mission board. Of coure in this area it would be raining not showing any sign of letting up. Furiko would trun into he weapon from the strap herself around Takai's wrist and begin to complain.

Furiko- Okay I know we agreed on getting some souls but why did we have to come hear.

Takai- Beacuse if things get to rough we can use poison conversion which will give us the advantage.

The two of them would then continue though the area looking for monsters to fight and gain souls from.

5 Fox Kitties would be seen, glaring at Takai and Furiko in the distance. They tried not to be seen, but they seemed pretty angry to begin with. Without warning, they would shoot their super sharp hairs out at them nonstop.

Still walking though the area Furiko would quickly fell the energy of the Fox Kitties (natural ability not soul perception)

Furiko- Takai!!!

Furko would then point in the general area were the attacks were coming from as she transformed into her weapon from and strapped on to Takai's wrist. Her crystal and wire would then launch out and then rocket toward the super sharp hairs. Although the crystal would then begin to spin and surge with soul energy create a twister of soul energy around the crystal. This would blow the super sharp hairs off course from hitting Takai, while the crystal with the twister of soul energy behind it continued toward the Fox Kitties trying to hit time one at a time (hitting one and quickly moving to the next).

The Fox Kitties, being exceptionally quick, darted off in a blur of pinkness, seeming to disappear as they did. They started running through the forest, trees falling because of them passing by, their fur accidentally cutting them down, only to show how sharp and durable their hairs were. 2 of them would dash at Takai from the back, their speed making it almost inevitable that he would be split in two if they passed, and the other 3 would leap high into the air and rain down their hairs all on the area of Takai.

Takai would turn and see the Fox Kitties begin to move behind him as the ones above. As the ones moving toward him got closer, Takai's body would glow with energy as her stomps the ground. Takai would be using his Poison Conversion ability turning the water covered ground under the Fox Kitties to turn into yellow paralyzing poison would would stun them freezing them in their tracks. Ask for the raining hairs coming down toward Takai, still moving forward Furiko's crystal would wrap around a near by tree and then reel her holder in which would also pull Takai out of the way of the razor sharp hairs. One next to the tree Takai would then aim and fire Furiko's crystal toward the two Fox Kitties that should still be unable to move due to the paralyzing poison keeping them from moving so the crystal could hit each one in the head. Although while this was going on Takai would be keeping an eye on the ones in the air.

The two paralyzed by the poison would naturally die, being changed into souls, but the 3 in the sky would begin to swirl violently, creating a sort of miniature razor sharp... pink tornado. They would hover above the ground, demolishing and drilling through trees at a high speed, trying to cut up Takai.

Takai would smile as the tornado moved toward him. He would quickly whip Furiko's crystal and wire in front of him as it is covered in purple soul energy. The wires would then begin to tie together turning into a large wall with Furiko's crystal in the center. As soon as the tornado hit the wall since the wire was part of her weapon form the wire would not be damaged (the soul energy would protect Furiko). The wall would then close in on the twister and the Fox Kitties trapping them inside. As soon as it closes the crystal would then shoot around inside the ball of wire most likely killing the remaining Fox Kitties.

Yes yes, the remaining Fox Kitties were dead now. Aw. That sucks. Now there was 5 souls that were free for Takai. Yay. But just then, out of nowhere came... 3 Bou monsters!



How cute. They would stare cutely at Takai, not doing much of anything.

Takai would quickly jump back getting some space from the Bou monsters while Furiko's crystal absorbs the 5 souls. Takai would then keep a eye on the Bou monsters waiting to see what the monsters would do.

One of the Bous would wobble closer to Takai, arms flailing cutely. It would then... proceed to... Pummel the fuck out of him by moving its arms at faster than blinding speeds, watching Takai carefully. Naturally, the fists would be aimed for weak spots and spots where Furiko would perfectly not touch the arms. The eyes of the Bou could see everything, including slight movements, and Bou could move accordingly... For the most part.

As soon as the first punch connects Takai would melt down into poison and the fist would go right though Takai. The poison would burn the hell out of the Bou monster's arm causing it to be useless now. Furiko would then try and wrap around the Bou monster and use her crystal and razor sharp wires to slice it into ham slices. Takai would remain in poison form with the soul energy covered Furiko would still be around his wrist.

The first Bou monster's arms would fall off, making it fall over and cry, leaving it open to be killed by Furiko. The other 2 Bou's took note of this. As such, they began to make powerful punches from where they were, not connecting with Takai, but releasing powerful and forceful shockwaves from the air that should push him away. If Furiko were to attack, their stretchy arms would bend away from her or their durable fists would punch her away. They began to back up, however, as they released these shockwaves.

Takai still in poison form would melt down to the size of a puddle avoiding the shockwaves with no problem. Takai would then quickly move across the ground still in puddle from to confuse the Bou monsters. Takai would then rise up on the far off side of the Bou monsters and would fire Furiko's crystal which was coated in soul energy. Although as soon as the crystal got close enough it would duck down and slam into the ground releasing a large burst of Takai's chakra. This would cause the wet ground under and around the Bou monsters would turn into red poison which would cause the monsters on contact to develop high fevers which should cause them to pass out while Furiko's crystal finishes of the monsters.

Naturally, the instant Takai changed into the puddle, the Bous saw it. They can see the slightest of movements from all around due to their extremely large eyes. They would punch the ground, launching themselves up into the air, wrapping an arm around a tree, then continued to punch at Takai from afar, sending out more shockwaves and avoiding Furiko completely.

Takai would continue to mover around the are avoiding the shock waves shooting blast of fever causing poison toward them. Although unknown to them as Furiko hit the ground missing the monsters instead of stopping she would dig deep underground out of the sights of the monsters. Still underground Furiko's crystal would appear under the tree the monsters arms were wrapped around. The crystal would then begin to glow and turn all of the water inside the tree and into red fever causing poison. The tree would melt away from the poison and since the monsters were wrapped around the tree they would touch the poison and causing them to develop high fevers which should cause them to pass out. Furiko's crystal would then erupt from under the two monsters and try to stab and slice them into chunks.

The Bous would let go, falling to the ground and passing out. They would then be sliced up into chunks, leaving only their souls.

Furiko's crystal would then begin to glow and absorb the two souls before she reeled back over to Takai who had returned to normal flesh and blood.

Takai- Well adding in those 2 how many have we collected so fare.

Furiko- Wow we have gotten 8 souls to add to are soul count.

Takai would smile as he looked around the area to make sure there were no more enemies around.

Furiko- Okay Takai lets go before I catch a cold.

Takai would nod and touch the ground sending a large pulse of his chakra causing all of the poison in the are to turn back into water. Takai would then walk out of the area to go find somewhere to dry off.
