Learning About Innocence

Takai would appear out side of the office of the one of the new Kages of the Dusk Village called Hakku. Takai was by himself this time wanting to learn about this strange substance known as Innocence. Takai would then knock on the door and wait to see if she was in at the moment.

-The door would open by itself after a few knocks and Hakku would be sitting at her desk. She turned to recgnize his face, and immediately did.-
"Takai...Kugutsu. Jounin of the Dusk. Can I ask what brings you here?

Takai would walk in and bow to show respect before he would state what he wanted.

Takai- Greetings Hakku-sama I was wondering if I could learn about what Innocence is and how one my obtain it?

"Innocence's orgin is a mystery, even to me. It was left behind from an ancient civilization and was possiblt used to keeps away spirits and the like. In present times, Innocence is embedded into weapons and is used to forcefully exorcise and supress the supernatural. So you yourself wouldn't be obtaining Innocence, but your weapon will be given extraordinary abilities."
-She said still sitting at her desk.-

Takai- Then would I be able to have one of my weapons infused with Innocence, Hakku-sama?

"Yes, that is possible, however, Innocence cannot be embedded into a weapon with a pre-existing soul inside of it. Per se, a Zanpakuto or a Soul Partner. If your weapon isn't one of these-"
-She got up from her desk and placed her hand on the wall behind her.-
"Then I can certainly help you."
-The wall was reduced to binary coding which digitized around the room, revealing a stairway going up where the wall used to be.-

Takia- Then I think this will work.

Takai would dig into his pocket and pull out his old hand puppet Mono. While he had stopped using it to speak for him Takai could not bear to though it away and this might be his chance to but Mono back into use.

Takai- I normally use this to double the amount of threads I can use at a time by using the multiple threads inside this hand puppet so do you think this will work?

-She gestured for Takai to follow her, and began to walk up the stairs.-
"Possibly. The Innocence may boost the ability your puppet already has, or it may give it a new one all together. We'll have to go and see."

Takai- Understood.

Takai would fallow behind Hakku wondering how this obtaining Innocence works.

-Upon reaching the top of the stairs, the massive room would be seen, with the center of the room stranded from everything else. On this stranded slab of land, Helvaska, the exorcist in charge of distributing Innocence, turned to Hakku.-

Hevlaska: Back so soon?

Hakku: Another has come to obtain an anti-akuma weapon.

Hevlaska: Is that so?

-Hevlaska then turned to Takai's direction. She pointed at him, speaking, "Do you have an object that will be the host for the innocence?"

Takai would look at Hevlaska for a moment amazed at her appearance before he snaped back to reality hearing her question and presenting his hand puppet Mono to her.

Takai- Yes will this work?

(I'm pissed my damn post didn't show.)

-Hevlaska took the puppet with her long hair, and would grab hold of Takai too. She reached into herself and pulled out a cube of innocence which gave off a greenish glow. As she forced it onto the weapon, the puppet began to mold and change shape. (add picture yourself) She then had the puppet suspended in mid-air over Takai.-

Hevlaska: Now here is your new anti-akuma weapon. I need for you tonow take it and try to synchronize with your weapon by matching your energy with its own.

(roll a six sided die too)

The hand puppet would begin to give of a greenish glow with the innocence being placed within it. Fabric from the hand puppet would then appear and wrap around it changing its appearance. After another moment the hand puppet would be transformed into a glover that had a large gem that seemed to glow.


Takai- Interesting.

Takai would then do what Hevlaska asked and would hold his hand out to take the glove. However as soon as he reached out the glove seemed to move on its own and move onto Takai's hand and begin to glow.

"Your innocence is still getting used to you. As you continue to fight and train, your weapon with grow stronger."
-Hakku said. Takai's sync rate was relatively low, but he was just starting out, so it was natural.-

Takai would look at the glove for a moment before he would then hold it out in front of him. The glove would glow and wires would emerge from the glove and would flow around the area. Takai would then look at the wires for a moment seeing if they would do anything special.

Takai- So how is this suppose to work I mean I was hopping for a puppet with a new weapon like a saw or something.

The wires would begin to glow after hearing his statement and would begin to merge together. The wires would soon enough transform into a large saw blade the would spin. Takai would look in surprise as he would clench his fist causing the saw blade to slow down and then slowly disappear turning back into wires. Takai would thing for a moment before closing his eyes and then holding out his hand yet again causing the wires to merge once again. However this time the wires would turn into four large saw blades to appear. Takai would then clench his fist and the saw blades would turn back into wires and retract back into the glove.

Takai- It seems this gloves can use the wires to create weapons of my choice.

Takai would then release the wires and try to make something new but nothing would happen and the wires would shoot back into the glove.

Takai- But the amount of weapons I make must be based on my sync rate.

"Correct. Not to mention that the amount of time you can substain the weapons is also dependent upon your synchronization rate."
-Hakku said nonchalantly.-
"However, this is interesting. An anti-akuma weapon that can turn into other weapons via wires of innocence. I would assume the downside is not being able to use energy based attacks. Its a good start."

Takai- Well who knows maybe as my sync rate goes up I can create a gun or something. But is there anything else I should know before I take my leave?

"You should know that there is a myth that there are a few beings called Noah who wish to eliminate exorcist' innocence. I cannot confirm their existence, so I was simply putting it out there."
-She declared.-

Takai- Well I will make sure to keep and eye out and inform you if I see or hear anything that relates to these beings called Noah. Until then thank you for your time Hakku-sama and don't over work yourself.

Takai would then bow before turning and leaving out of the office heading back home looking at his new anti-akuma weapon the whole way back.
