The Experiments... Come to test them.

"Temperature control, activated... Hyper-Temp Decrement initialized... Temperature Consistency Fluid, optimal... Now achieving... Mach 1."

The area had gotten very cold very fast, and the Bloodwing started to accelerate extremely fast, reaching Mach 1 speeds in just a moment's notice. It flew around the wide space on the opposite side of the room, mirroring Cross, locking onto him. Thin beams of glowing orange energy shot out of its wings at Cross and the area around him, as well as the walls. The beams heading for the walls flew faster than the ones heading for Cross, easily piercing the metal to an unknown length, and the metal it touched would totally disintegrate almost instantaneously.

"... Hyper-reactive Destabilization Beams... In working condition."

*Cross stopped, placing his feet on what would seem to be the empty space behind him standing parallel to the ground he looked above him at the beams coming towards him, these seemed to have the same make up of the liquid energy that the first mechanoid had. Which means it was able to get vacuum gunned? Hopefully, but not now since this thing was so big it had to be a big ass target incapable of dodging something as small as Cross' bullets. He had to test this after he dodged. Cross, sprang forward like a spinning top cloaking himself in the Lightning Flame, the Blind Harvester already proved that just enough of these disintegration blasts can power through Cross' flame, but while Cross was heading towards the beast, unharmed for the time being, while spinning he was firing his pistols in their holsters warping the bullets to random places on the beast hoping to pierce it with his bullets. He also planned to collide with the beast head on to test its durability.*

Cleff smirked. Bloodwing indeed was a sort of 'aerial' version of the Blind Harvester, but being made for 2 different purposes, they were made in two different ways. Also, Cleff was well aware that being a bigger target meant it needed better defenses, and it had the best defensive armoring of them all. The bullets would do nothing upon contact with the Bloodwing, however they would be forced to stop in place.

"... Anti-force metal and force absorption capabilities..."

With every bullet that hit, the Bloodwing got a little bit faster than before.

"Now achieving... Mach 2."

The Bloodwing jetted above Cross, firing off more of the Hyper-reactive Destabilization Beams. However, these looked slightly different than before. They seemed to be a color opposite of his Lightning Flame.

"... The Hyper-reactivity change is initialized..."

*Cross turned his head trailing the massive machine until he snapped his fingers initiating the 'aftershock' however he knew that his energy attacks would do next to nothing against something that his bullets couldn't even penetrate so these bullets were special. They were piranhas, lighting flame piranhas to be exact... hundreds of them applied to the surface of the beast and with the lightning flame surrounding their hides and teeth they can tear through the most sturdy of substances in mere seconds. This BloodWing would soon fall victim to ultimate consumption. Now as for these blasts that were heading towards Cross.... Cross pushed himself towards the ground at amazing speeds landing with a sizable sized crater under him avoiding the blasts entirely with the way he was moving it seemed as if he was moving in and out of dimensions he was....*

Cleff frowned now, but smirked once soon after.

"... Hyper-reactivity field, activate. Hyper propulsion field, activate."

The tubes on the back of the Bloodwing omitted a bright light, coating the Bloodwing in the same energy it was firing from its wings. This energy would null the effects of the Lightning Flame on the bullets via the Hyper-reactivity changing itself so that it effected the Lightning Flame, and the Hyper propulsion field would force everything away, keeping everything away within 30 feet of the Bloodwing. The tubes started to fill gradually, quicker than that of the Blind Harvester.

"Hyper-Temp Decrement sequence, intensify..."

The temperature of the area started to drop even further. The Bloodwing and Cleff seemed to be unaffected, however frost started to accumulate around random parts of the lab. The Bloodwing swooped above Cross, trying to catch him in the pure vacuum in which it traveled to throw him for a loop, hoping that also the resulting sonic boom would affect him, too.

*Cross signed, as the beast initiated its countermeasure against his piranhas who were currently gnawing through his hide. The lightning flame didn't seem to be 'nullifying' as quickly as Cleff had hoped, as Cross figured out the will of an individual can never be 'adapted' as Hakku discovered herself in order to properly adapt to the flames one must adapt to the will of the user. The nullification beams worked, just not as fast as Cleff hoped it won't work next time tough. This gave cross enough time to turn the lightning piranhas into the Void Piranhas, causing them to avoid the nullification by melding with the space around them avoiding being forced away and continued to burrow into the beast with their super sharp destructive teeth and speed. Though this was happening it seemed that the Blood Wing did not yield... The Blood Wing swooped over cross indeed but instead of it continuing the bullets of the piranhas extended as if they turned to rope and rooted themselves to the ground. With enough burrowing, the piranhas had become a part of the Blood Wing and now are like anchors to the ground keeping it here hopefully. Cross was below it ready to evade if necessary*

The Bloodwing's visor started to gleam for a moment, and then, so did Cleff's eyes.

"Scanning... Scanning..."

Cleff noticed the bullets burrowing, like they had done before to a previous robot. Also, he figured out the components of the Lightning Flame, figuring that what Bloodwing used once would not work again.

"... Bloodwing, transform..."

This is where Cleff's smirk came back once more. Seriously, what's a robot without a transformation sequence? This was the only one he had so far that could transform, but it didn't take long for it to complete this transformation. Because of the versatility of how it COULD transform, it could release the parts of itself where the bullets were anchored and let them fall out, then continue with the transformation. The tubes on its back became its wrists, and the excess metal that made up its wings became its legs and parts of its arms. Once complete, it fell to the ground and released a powerful tremor. It took a similar shape to the Blind Harvester, however looked similar to its original form as well.



"... Bloodwing; Terraform Mode."

It started to move once more at Mach 2 speeds, still having control of the temperature and all that good stuff.

"Concentrated Condensation Destabilization Blasters... Full power."

The Bloodwing would run up the walls, still leaving a powerful vacuum behind it as it ran, and launched beams many times larger than the originals at Cross, this time with many times the power in addition to the size boost. They were larger, more powerful and extremely concentrated, despite the size, therefore making them that much better, moreover. Cleff was not sure if the Bloodwing's transformation would allow it to be on par with Cross' power, but this was all a trail and error experience.

*Cross observed the transformation and the utter negation of his plan at the hands of it all. This was getting a bit frustrating he was practically out of tricks for this thing but he still had some more important things that he didn't want to reveal until the damn thing finished transforming, he sighed and thought to himself.*

What is this a boss battle? "I'll show you a transformation..."



*Cross said aloud, he could transform instantly and he did so transforming into his model W form his favorite, even more favorite than his ultimate form in this form he was devastatingly acrobatic and can link up with Cross' from parallel dimensions and summon them at will to do his bidding, also his spatial rejection is maxed in this form allowing him to do pretty amazing shit this is when the blasts came, Cross took off running and the hands of a cross popped out of nowhere and swung him high into the air avoiding some of the blasts heading his way, he would kick off the space in a sonic-esque fashion doing the most to dodge these blasts nearing the blood wing in a matter of seconds this is when he was atop of it's head and pulled the trigger. Nothing happened just the click sound, cleff should know what that means from the last battle.*

Cleff gritted his teeth.. oh wait, he had none... He did something that showed frustration, then his eye began to gleam.

"... Dammit... A transformation from you was not within my calculations... Regardless... I guess it is time to see if its 'last resort' sequence is efficient... Bloodwing. Termination mechanism; Hyper propulsion field and Anti-gravity field, reverse! Hyper-reaction field, destabilize! Hyper-Temp Control, full effect! Concentrated Condensation Destabilization energy... Detonate!"

The Bloodwing instantly released a wave that changed the temp hotter than the sun for a moment, then colder than space, right before a massive explosion of the same energy used in its attacks. The only difference was, it wasn't stable, therefore, its reactive properties went crazy, reacting in any way possible to everything caught. Naturally, the explosion was swift, but did not extend further than about 100 feet, out of range of Cleff and anything important. Finally, there would be an implosion of the same caliber, forcing in everything into a singularity. That done, the Bloodwing was no more.

*Well, when Cleff started shouting out sparatic commands, he knew that something big was coming. Luckily in this form he can banish himself and still attack from Limbo which is what he did but the bloodwing imploded... ah well. Cross laded on the ground creating a BIG ASS CRATER and de-transformed as he landed and walked back over to cleff with the same badass smirk on as his avatar.*

"That was one of 4 possible transformations by the way..."

Cleff shook his head, a slight smile on his face.

"How did I know you would come out unscathed, Cross...?"

Naturally, it was a joke, but it was the truth. Cleff wouldn't have done it if he thought that Cross would die from it. But the fact that Cross had to go out of this dimension to escape the Bloodwing's final attack meant that it must have been powerful... Cleff would keep that in mind.

"... That was my final experiment for now. Your analysis on the Bloodwing...?"

Somehow, Cleff thought that XLI would still be Cross' favorite, and XLI was also Cleff's favorite. One of the hardest to create, but definitely the favorite.

"It's... really big and makes up for its size with it's defenses as expected. Though I couldn't feel it, my eye could detect some temperature change in the air. What was the purpose?"

*Cross said as he cracked his neck back and forth he was tired... not of chakra by any means but just mentally exhausted*

"... To test its resistance to heat and cold. It was made to resist all temperature changes and weather conditions, no matter how drastic or how intense... Seeing as it is a flight model, and all. Not only this, it needed to attain its mach speed very swiftly. Thus, temperature change is essential for this."

Cleff rubbed the back of his head, taking in a key flaw that made his disposable machines effective overall... Their lack of ability to harm things that jump dimensions. The only ones that stood a chance were the Blind Harvester and XLI, though it would be problematic for the Blind Harvester because of its generally weaker structure...

"... No matter about that. I have other experiments to test... The Female BioHume Collection... Though, with those notes aside... An overall analysis, Cross?"

"It's ridiculous... its size and overall attack move set just makes it another robot that can fire lasers. Against the weaker foe then perhaps it would do some damage."

*Cross shrugged and looked at his wrist, he was functioning normally after all that.*

"... So you are saying that the Bloodwing needs to have a different variety of abilities? Then... Perhaps I shall install different things..."

Cleff also took into account that in a limited space, the Bloodwing could not fly as well as it needed to. It needed a wide open space to fly like that. He would address that issue on a later date.

"Perhaps... Something more with the sonic booms it can produce...? And with... Mm... Yes... My gears are turning..."

He already had a new layout envisioned in his head. Behind him, blueprints started to manifest themselves out of data.

"... Well. I express my gratitude for your assistance, Cross. Appreciation levels are high."

Cleff was starting to speak with a strange speech pattern... Huh. He wasn't liking this at all. What could be causing such a change in Cleff, anyway? No matter. It was time for him to get back to focus his attention to the Female BioHume Collection in the Dusk Village base... Yet, he still needed a test subject for that place.

"Female BioHume Collection progress... 86% Completed."

"Then I guess I'll head over to the dusk to help you with that sorta thing? No cheating though... based on what you saw here don't apply it to the robots!"

*Cross signed and left the premises*

Cleff shook his head, cracking a smile.

"... Ah, how simple-minded you are about my machines... I create each one for a specific purpose. Not just to be able to combat you."

Cleff turned around, viewing the blueprints. It was time to make those changes to his babies.
