In Need of Speed Training

There he stood, Koudo, waiting for someone to come and help him with speed training. He liked to think he was pretty fast, but not the very fastest. He wanted to be able to just be in front of people in the blink of an eye, granted that would be a bit much, he wanted to be able to do that one day. It`d help with his goal in the long run.

As he waited, he fancied himself a little bit of solitary training and spied a tree that would be perfect for an attack dummy. He prepared himself by getting lower to the ground before taking off in at a running pace, and delivering a kick to the trunk of the tree, before leaning back and placing a hand to the ground and delivering another kick to the tree. Of course he was going at the fastest place he could, but he wasn`t invisible to the naked eye or anything like that.

He continued this routine for a while, while also waiting to hear some kind of footsteps coming in on his location.

Walking throught the forest was a nice thing to do to relaxe, and maybe find someone to train with. While they were ranning around they spoted a person, and head toward that direction to see what he was up too.

After some time of kicking at the tree and training to get faster at moving and kicking, the tree had a significant dent in it and Koudo was proud. He wiped his forehead, until he heard footsteps, he turned and saw two boys walking towards him. They didn`t look familiar at all and so he was on automatic defensive mode. The higher up ninja, he knew all of them by name even if they had no idea who he was, so that ruled out these two being higher ups.

" Stop there, or I`ll attack you. "

he immediately said when they came into listening range. His stance becoming a fighting stance instead of a lax stance. He could feel the toll that the training had taken on his body so far, but it wasn`t significant enough to effect his movements as of yet.

They stoped, And smiled at the guy and started to walk towards him.

Akira:*Really now you will attack us huh very funny* he said with challenging smile

Haru:^Brother just calm down he looks normal compared to the higher up's^

Then they stoped about 10 feet away from him, and waited to see what he does.

Koudo closed his eyes and rubbed them with his thumb and index finger before peering deeply into the eyes of the brother that thought he wouldn`t attack. Koudo could easily see that they probably wouldn`t be much of a match for him, at least that was what he was gathering from the way they were acting. Koudo smirked ( Cue BGM here ).

" Fine, if you think it`s so funny ... "

He got lower to the ground before pushing off making it seem like he was taking off for a running start, because he was, but the area started to get misty. This was Koudo using Hidden Mist Jutsu, hoping that the brothers wouldn`t see him.

" Then maybe I should show you just how funny I can be ... "

He started to run, as fast as he could, which was pretty fast in fact, anyone of the same level as him could probably only see the white of his hair streaking from place to place, but this was covered by the Hidden mist as he came up on the brothers, attempting to deliver a powerful kick to the top of the white haired brother`s head.

They both smirked at his response, but put there gaurd up quickly.The mist was very thick but thanks to there keen eye's they can see pretty well in it.Then Haru Felt something closing in on him. He then summoned a Barrier around him to protect him, and Akira spoted the enemy, and shot a air palm at him. which would push him and some of the mist away.Then Akira grabed some of his needles and threw them around the area and waited with Haru.

Akira:*Really you should let us know when you are ready* he said with a smirk

Haru:^But brother he can start whenever he wants to if he likes to attack unarmed people^

*slade sits in a nearby tree watching how the fight progresses with his byakugan*

Koudo quickly shifted into a defensive stance when the wind was pushed his way. His eyes spotted the damn ears of the brothers and he growled lowly to himself, they were fucking Nekos. How he despised cats and nekos were no exception to this. He reorganized himself and let out a piercing soundwave that deflected the needles that were flying his way. Koudo then put his hand.

" Jericho 941 F (DA), 9 mm. "

This phrase conjured the handgun to his hand, which he gripped and looked through the mist to see the neko brothers. The gun had no need for bullets, since his hand started to glow for a little bit and the gun lifted from his hand and aligned itself to the side of his head, aimed at anything that moved besides Koudo. The gun had no need for bullets, since his chakra kept it stocked with chakra bullets, which were essentially the same thing as real bullets, just made of chakra.

He rushed the brothers, making the sound of a gun shooting with his mouth, the gun aligned to the side of his head shooting at Akira as Koudo made the noise with his mouth, Koudo however rushed the other one, the one with the white hair, attempting a leaf dancing shadow and aiming to deliver a kick to the top of the white haired neko`s head.

They hear the gunshots, and reacted quickly with Haru making a magic platform appear under them lifting them straight into the air. Now they have a vantage point in the sky, and look down at the mist under them.

Akira:*I guess it's our turn* he said with a smirk

Haru:^I'm afraid so Brother^

Haru pointed his hands towards the ground, and then where his chains started to come out of his hands. Trying to bind anyone down there while , Akira kept throwing his needles at the surrounding area again trying to hit him.

(( Chains are coming out of his hands correct? While the other throws needles? Just making sure. ))

Koudo cleared and mist away when they rose into the sky, there was no need for the mist anymore. As the mist dispersed, it made it easier to see the chains coming from the sky as well as the needles being thrown down at him. With some pretty damn fancy footwork, Koudo dodged and elluded most of the chains and needles and for the rest he unleashed one more piercing soundwave.

The Jericho 941 F (DA), 9 mm. disappeared, and lead to Koudo being without weapon once more, but it was fine since he was here for speed training and dodging the chains and needles raining down was enough to help him with that. He despised nekos with a passion, and planned to exterminate them when he was a little stronger, but for now he guessed he could use them as training partners.

" Is there anyway you all can increase your output of chains and needles, as well as increase the speed. It`s like I`m dodging a turtle. "

He teased, hoping to piss the pussy cats off, so they could show him a little more of what they could do. The more he learned about them now, the easier it would be to exterminate the vermin later.

They both smirked at thier oppenent he is just too cocky for his own good.Then pretended to be be pissed off because he dodged all thier attacks. Which he really wasn't able to see the real attack that had got to him. The needles were just a decoy the real trick was that there was a invisible string attached to them. Which he must have been cut by a few of them while he moved into the mist and right now that he was dodging the needles. The strings had posion in them that effect the body and mind over time

Akira:*See Brother we should have tryed harder* he said with a smirk

Haru:^Yes very true so it's my turn then^ he said with a returning smirk

Then Haru started to chant a spell that caused the earth to crack up, and come apart from the ground where there oppenent was. Then used his chains to pull them up into the sky. while akira was getting ready to jump and fight head on.

Completely oblivious to the string and poison on them since he had avoid most of the needles and none of the string had connected the needles together (at least that`s what I`m assuming since it doesn`t say the needles and connected together by the string.), when the needles and chains stopped coming, Koudo stopped moving, assuming that the sparring match was over and that it was time for him to go, but then the ground rose into the sky with the pillar that the vermin were on and it looked as if the black haired one was coming to fight him head on. Koudo had no interest in fighting head strong people like the black haired one, he wanted to fight the white haired one and he would get his fight out of that one. Sighing, Koudo was losing interest and it showed in the way that he yawned and dismissed the vermin as a threat.

" I think I`m gonna go, this isn`t fun anymore. I only wanted speed training. "

He groaned in a very annoyed tone.

They both looked at each other and laughed out loud because of his funny words. Then they lowered there platform to the ground and started to walk away but they still had there gaurd up just in case

Akira:*Fine with us that proves you give up too early and pretty slow from the way you fight* he said with a laugh

Haru:^Brother stop teasing the poor guy^

Koudo was unamused by the gloating of the idiot vermin, in fact he didn`t care. he had been accepted into a village and been accepted into the ranks of that village while the vermin were wandering from place to place with nothing to show for themselves. Koudo shook his head and turned away from the vermin as they left, looking at the tree that was still standing there.

" Damn cats, this is why I hate cats. "

He grumbled quietly to himself.

In the distance, far away from the area that they were fighting, even farther than where Slade was, Taomin would appear from her Living Shadow, her markings on her body glowing a menacing red.

"Mmm... I think it's time to go to the hospital..."

Tao released a black and red talisman from her arm, the Talisman floating in front of her. A Barrier Talisman. With a wave of her hand, the Talisman activated, causing a massive dome of invisible, powerful force to appear around the entire area, causing Akira, Haru, Slade and Koudo to be trapped within against their will and without their knowledge.

"... Just try to escape.."

She stepped through the Barrier, as only she could, and would make her way toward the battlefield, drawing her double bladed sword, Makkani from its sheath. Her Living Shadow slithered back down to pose as a real shadow once again as Tao walked. She drew another Talisman, this one being an Explosion Talisman, then flung it at a high speed to the area that Akira, Haru and Koudo were fighting. Once it reached their vicinity, with contact to anything or not, it would cause a massive and forceful explosion between the three of them, trying to severely injure them.

"Three new ones... and one of the little curs from before... What a catch, what a catch indeed. Heh."

*notacing the talisman right before it exploded, slades eyes widened*

not her again.

*slade expanded his field of vision and noticed that we were in one of her talismin barriers. once he realised that slade focused on finding her or her shadows location.*

Koudo, not paying attention at all, stood there contemplating what he would do for speed training now. He had already wasted energy fighting the damned vermin ... wait ... what`s that noise? An explosion! Koudo couldn`t turn around in time to see the explosion so he just started to run in the opposite direction of the way it was expanding, jumping from the ground to the branch of the tree he was looking at before the explosion took place.

" DAMN IT, DAMN IT, DAMN IT!!!! ALL I WANTED WAS SPEED TRAINING!!!! "

He cursed his bad luck and turned around to see if the vermin had made it out of the explosion, oh how he hoped that they would be blown to smithereens. It`s save him the trouble of killing them later when he stronger. Though something perplexed him, where the hell did the explosion come from?!?!?!?!

*after getting a fix on her location slade jumps and joins the three that were attacked*

we need to get outta here. i'll explain all of what happened after we get out, but for the most part we need to leave now.

Haru felt a strong Aura appear in the forest, and it shot something thier way.He quickly put up a barrier around him, and his brother. This avoid most of the damage, while Haru was looking around for the aura.

Haru:^Brother we have a strong aura in the area we must be careful^ he said worryed

Akira:*Yea I can tell from that attack it threw at us*

Then he released his barrier and they followed the guy that came to warn them.

Haru:^Hey guy I sense another aura deep in the forest, and thier seems to be a barrier of some sort around the area^ he said while trying to find more details

" Why the hell should I believe you, eh? "

Koudo yelled from the tree he was standing in, cursing that the vermin weren`t destroyed by the blast that had just taken place. Seemed like the blind looking man with the fro and the vermin could sense something that Koudo could not, he looked around, but there was no aura and it seemed to be no danger, just exploding ground and stuff like that. No big deal, maybe someone miss calculated an attack nearby and it landed where him and the vermin were. Koudo jumped down from the tree and placed a hand to the trunk of it, leaning against it afterwards.

" Besides, if it`s what the vermin say then there`s no way to get out. I`m sure the barrier is to keep us in. "

Koudo wasn`t an idiot, he could tell that much from just what the man had said and the vermin had 'sensed'. Koudo sighed and took a seat on the ground, closing his eyes. He needed to think before he did anything.

there's always a way out. now common before its too late.

*slade would sync his chakra with the earth below them as he would place his hands on the twins by their shoulders*

They liked the guy that wanted to save them from dieing and gladly followed his order.

Akira & Haru:*^The other guy just wants to get himself hurt or killed*^ They said in unison

Haru:^So is thier anything we can do^

Koudo opened one eye before finally feeling the power that they were feeling, it was definitely a ways off, at least that`s what Koudo could feel out. He stood and looked up at the sky.

" No change. "

he whispered to himself, trying to think about the barrier that the power source had put up, according to the vermin and froman. Koudo sighed and walked to the group, his arms folded and his face showing that he wouldn`t cooperate as much as the vermin seemed willing to.

" Fine, since you all are so scared of whatever this thing is, then I`ll help you escape. "

Whatever it was, it couldn`t be that bad, there were four of them and they all were exceptional in something, at least that`s what Koudo hoped. If worst came to worst, one maybe two of them would get injure through out the fight, and that was all that he could predict from the amount of power that was emitting from whatever was coming.

*putting his hand on kuodo's shoulder all four of them sunk into the ground like it was water and moved off underground into a safer location*

(DAMMIT! I don't post for ONE DAY and I lose my catch... AGAIN. This some ol bull. >>; )

As Tao seemed to be taking her time getting to her prey, she noticed that the one from the other time was helping the fresh meat... To escape. She realized then that this was a Barrier talisman, not a Sealing talisman, thus they weren't all encased in an isolated area closed off from the outside world... It was just your typical, insanely strong, run-of-the-mill barriers around the field. Well... She felt shitty.

"... DAMMIT. I forgot my fucking Sealing Talisman... Hm... Next time... Next time. There will be no escaping next time... Not even through the ground."

What was good was she knew the chakra signatures of everyone she encountered, thus, she would be able to track all of these guys to the ends of the earth. That was good. Well, she knew where they were...

"... And knowing is half the battle..."

Her Living Shadow expanded under her feet and she started to sloooowly slip into it, eyes burning their demonic red.

"... The demon priestess is coming..."
