Oruka is just a Quincy with Quincy power.

The Quincy’s bow is summoned by drawing spiritual energy from the environment and directed using will power. Tsushidei’s bow was that of a anccent Quincy’s, named the Shimaki (Red Flacon).

Falling Rain:1000 arrows fall from the sky to the ground

Blitz:100 arrows come from my arrow

Single:One arrow comes from my bow

Release:I break the seal on my wrist and it unleases my sword

That's not a sword it's a arrow.....Quincys only use bows and arrows. Oh and note that if you did break your seal it's a one time only thing and once you did you'd lose all your quincy powers.

Uh yeah about that it's a blade that's located on my right wrist on a band so that I don't lose my quincy abilities.It's dagger that when using spritual pressure/charka the blade comes out of the empty hoster. much like Yoh from Shaman King..
