Raitens Abilities

-Basics: all normal ninja crap
-genjutsu: Change areas around people to make them freak out
-chakra manipulation: Rai's chakra is that of his families. That means that he can drain other ninja's chakra by hitting them with his weapons.
-Poison injection: he can shoot small missiles of poison at people that will drain chakra if they are hit by them.
-absorption: He can absorb the chakra from attacks that he is hit by. He must be damaged by the attack for this to work. The more damaging the attack, The more chakra he gets.
-Kekegenkai: He can absorb enemy chakra.
