While he may have been in a royal family, his parents made sure he was fit. Akel is skilled in the art ofcapoeira, a brazilain fighting style that allows him to fight as if he's dancing. He usually listen to music when fighting in this style.

Keikei Genkai: Petal Dance
Solar flare: By flowing his chakra throughout his body and "exploding" it he can blind his oppenents for about 10 seconds.
Solar Beam: Combing the sun's energy and Alkel's chrakra, he can release a concertrated beam of energy onto his oppenent.
Aromatic release: Alkel uses his chakra to release the spores within the flower. He can put you to sleep, paralze, euphoria state, or make you hallunatie

Ninjustu
Earth Wall: Alkel can make a sturdy wall to block and protect him for a while. It 6 feet tall and 3 feet wide
Water Missile Justu: Lets out water shaped into a missile into his oppenent
Overflooding Justu: Flood of water come out in a powerful drenching flow.

Photosynthesis: Allows him to replenish his chakra by half. He is only allow to do this once. Not gonna allow this.
